The newest member of our professional team, Dr. Harrison Bannett, joined us in the fall of 2023 after completing his Glaucoma Fellowship at Yale University. He attended Brandeis University in Waltham, MA, graduating in 2011 with a BA in Biology, and received his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (now Rowan-Virtua) in 2018. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022, where he was Chief Resident and received the City Avenue Physicians Scholarship award. Dr. Bannett honed his surgical experience in advanced glaucoma and cataract surgery, as well as trauma surgery, during his fellowship at Yale.
Dr. Bannett is an avid gardener. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife.
