I have been with Bannett Eye Centers since before it was Bannett Eye Centers, in one way or another! I have done reception, billing, surgical coordination, HR and ophthalmic teching, which positions me to understand the many complicated facets of running an ophthalmology practice. I implemented our transition to electronic medical records and am the “go to” IT person, an important job given our reliance on complicated computerized technology.
I firmly believe that the strength of our practice is in its ability to provide an individual, kind, caring experience to our patients. What distinguishes Bannett Eye Centers is that we are NOT a “big firm” practice, something we are fighting tooth and nail to avoid in this age of impersonal medical care. I am proud to be a part of this. We truly are happy to see you! Our doctors are the best!! We go above and beyond for our patients, taking time to help explain complicated medical or insurance issues or to find medication that the big pharmacy’s claim is “out of stock/backordered”, to name a few.
I love to write creative short stories, sing with my choir, cook, travel and spend time with my children and grandchildren.
